چکیده

Improving the characteristics of internal combustion engine an agricultural vehicle is possible by using a hydraulic actuator electronically controlled gas distribution valves. The drive ensures opening valves pistons cylinders when oil pumped into them, are closed valve springs drained from cylinders. advantages are: ability to turn off cylinders, increase in speed and closing mechanism, no need adjust thermal clearances, constant landing on saddles. integrated lubrication system. working body with pressure 8 MPa, created separate pump. physical mathematical model Simulink environment takes account losses, various inertial effects, elastic-deformation interaction between elements, inductance solenoid coils. experimental setup includes: KAMAZ 740 engine, for two one cylinder head, measuring equipment. results experiments were recorded high-speed movie camera. determination kinematic mechanism was carried out processing video frames shooting at known frequency their fixation. coincide calculations. movement valves, thanks use actuator, significantly increased compared traditional mechanical actuator. time delay supply electrical signal electromagnetic response it determined. obtained make start creating serial that improves parameters intensifying controlling exchange

Direct Driven Hydraulic Drive

Hydraulic systems are widely used in industry because of the advantages of their small size-to-power ratios and their ability to produce very large linear force and torque. There are tendencies for compact electro-hydraulic systems which deliver powerful, linear movement having hydraulic oil circulation only when operating. This paper investigates directly driven hydraulic setup for non-road mo...

STABILITY OF PNEUMATIC and HYDRAULIC VALVES

There are three forces acting on the valve plate: the force of the escaping air Fv, the force of the steel spring Fs and the pneumatic damping force due to the pressure of the air in the dashpot Fd. Each of these forces varies with distance x. These interact with the valve mass and the pipeline dynamics to produce instability. Perturbations in the pressure travel along the pipe at the sonic vel...

Nonlinear Identification of Hydraulic Servo-Drive Systems

his article deals with the identification of nonlinear models T in observer canonical form of hydraulic servo-drives from sampled data of input-output measurements. The data are processed by a modified Recursive Instrumental Variables algorithm, to provide input-output relationships of the plant dynamics. From the parameters of the input-output relations, continuous state-space nonlinear models...

Energy-Saving Control of Hydraulic Systems with Novel Programmable Valves

This paper studies the energy-saving adaptive robust motion control of a single-rod hydraulic cylinder through the use of programmable valves—a unique combination of five proportional cartridge valves. The programmable valves decouple the meter-in and meter-out flows and provide true cross port regeneration flow which in turn allows tremendous control flexibility. Although at the expense of con...

scaling of soil hydraulic conductivity function using effective capillary drive

abstract to estimate spatial variability of soil hydraulic functions, scaling methods were developed and have been widely used. among these functions, physically based methods have been found more desirable because of possibility of estimating soil hydraulic functions from soil physical properties. in this paper, a new and physically based method has been described for scaling soil hydraulic co...
